This Privacy Policy explains how ticketcurve (“ticketcurve,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use getticketcurve.com and related ticketcurve features.
Information you provide
If you use our contact form, create an account, save an event, or request a price alert, we may collect your name, email address, message, saved-event details, and alert preferences so we can provide those features. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information.
Information collected through the site
To show nearby event suggestions, the site may receive an approximate city, region, or country from hosting infrastructure based on your request. We use that information to label nearby events and do not use it to build a precise location history.
When you search for events, your search terms and city may be sent to Ticketmaster’s API to retrieve event information. Event details and official artwork may load from Ticketmaster or other third-party sources. Those providers control their own privacy practices.
We use Google Analytics and first-party event reporting to understand site traffic and actions such as searches, event views, saved events, price-alert requests, and outbound marketplace clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as device, browser, approximate location, referring page, and interaction data. We do not send payment information to Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and alerts, respond to messages, measure and improve ticketcurve, attribute marketplace referrals, operate and secure the site, and troubleshoot problems. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and security; Supabase for account and saved-event features; Google Analytics for measurement; email delivery providers for service messages; and Ticketmaster and other approved marketplaces for event and price data. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or users, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain ordinary business records, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by using the Contact form. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings.
Children
ticketcurve is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-party links
ticketcurve may link to Ticketmaster and resale marketplaces. Purchases and other activity on those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
